Ardentis Dental and Orthodontic Clinics Group is lead by a management team of responsible dentists and highly qualified clinic managers:
Stable for more than 25 years, the management of the group is still assured by the associated founders, Swiss dentists Dr. Mark Bischof and Dr. Rabah Nedir.
The Ardentis Dental Clinic Group employs 328 people, of which 255 are women and 73 are men, as well as 59 apprentices in training. With an average age of 33 years and more than 30 nationalities, our employees are divided into the following functions:
– Dentists,
– Dental hygienists,
– Dental assistants,
– Aesthetics and facial surgeons,
– Administrative team.
The Ardentis Group includes 14 dental and orthodontic clinics in the French-speaking part of Switzerland, located in the cantons of Vaud, Geneva, Fribourg and Valais, a laboratory company with 3 branch offices and an administrative services company.
Revolutionizing the practice of dentistry for the well-being of patients, it is with this vision that Swiss dentists Jean-Marie Briaux, Stefan Beyer, Dr. Mark Bischof and Dr. Rabah Nedir decided to create the Swiss Dental Clinics group, by inaugurating our first clinic in Vevey in 1993.
They developed an innovative approach based on global and multidisciplinary care. Their objective was to bring together all the specialties of dental medicine in a single environment.
In 2008, the founders grouped the clinics under the name Ardentis in order to pool their skills and offer a standard of quality care in all our clinics.
The local attachment of Ardentis Group is reflected in the profiles of its medical management in Vaud, which is reliable and recognized by its peers. Dr. Mark Bischof and Dr. Rabah Nedir are respectively domiciled in the canton of Vaud and graduated from the University of Geneva. SSO specialists in oral surgery, with the title of excellence in oral surgery (European certificate) and in their medical activity within Ardentis dental clinics, they embody the values of proximity and trust on which the group is based.
Scientific excellence is a central point in the Ardentis philosophy. Dr. Mark Bischof and Dr. Rabah Nedir have taught at the University of Geneva and are authors of numerous international scientific publications.
Aware of our role as a responsible economic actor, we support our employees in humanitarian projects in the fields of prevention, dental hygiene, and the distribution of equipment, notably in the Philippines, India, Africa, and Kosovo.
We also work with the Mercy Ships organization, whose hospital ships sail around the world each year to provide more than 8,000 dental treatments to people who do not have access to them. During the stop due to the pandemic, we were able to maintain our commitment through online courses and training, passing on our knowledge to dental students at the University of Conakry in Guinea.
As a Swiss group, we carefully select the partners we work with, giving preference to local economic actors whose reputation and level of expertise meet the highest criteria of quality and reliability. Our foreign suppliers are selected among the best in the world.
