For this reason, an integration and continuous training program is put in place. Its goal is to develop skills in order to offer patients the best possible service and to allow our employees to adapt optimally to a dental world that is constantly changing.
Ardentis organizes, in partnership with external trainers, courses, trainings, study clubs and conferences. These events are usually rewarded with training credits.
